Slide has no name on it whatsoever

Maybe I’m just picky but with Zev being such a reputable company I would have thought this slide would have said Zev on it somewhere. Very little ways to distinguish this slide from cheap knockoffs. Haven’t installed it yet but I’m sure it works fine.

I found that most if not all aftermarket slides had too much going on in terms of cutouts and styling, this one was exactly what I was looking for! Utilitarian, but still classy which makes it great for duty use as the name suggests. I've had one on my G17 for the past two years and it has worked like a charm. I've put a little over 5000 rounds through it and only have had a few malfunctions being light primer strikes, I blame those on cheap ammo and me not cleaning the striker assembly enough. The RMR and iron sights that I installed fit and look great, and retain their positions.

<br>The slide is much lighter compared to the OEM slide, even with the RMR installed so the recoil appears to be much snappier to me which I prefer. The front slide serrations are also excellent for chambering rounds and press checking compared to the OEM slide.

<br>Overall a great product and I give this a two-thumbs up if you are looking for a new slide or want to put an RMR onto your Glock! 5/5

I didn’t want to wait for lead times sending my slide in so I grabbed one of these Zev slides. I Just wanted front serrations and RMR cut so this was perfect. Installed on my carry gun and works flawless
