For shipping non-warranty serialized products back to ZEV

Per the current, updated UPS and FedEx Firearm Shipment requirements, non-warranty serialized products (including Glock frames being sent in for Grip Work) will need to be shipped to ZEV Priority Overnight by the customer from a valid FFL holder via UPS or FedEx for delivery Monday thru Friday with Adult Signature Required. If you are doing an exchange, the return shipment must go to the same FFL location that your serialized product was received from. ZEV Technologies is NOT responsible for any transfer or shipping fees required by the FFL for this process. We highly recommend you insure your shipment for the full replacement value of the item, in the event that the shipment goes missing/gets lost and a claim has to be filed. ZEV Technologies is NOT responsible for items lost in the shipment process to & from, or improper shipment method to our location. Be sure to include inside the box a printed copy of your Sales Order or RMA that was emailed to you upon order submission. For shipping warranty serialized products back to ZEV

For shipping warranty serialized products back to ZEV Technologies, please contact ZEV's Customer Service Department to receive an RMA or Repair Quote and a return FedEx label before proceeding. Our Customer Service Department can be reached Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm PST @ 805-486-5800. When shipping your serialized products in, do not send any additional aftermarket parts unless it has been added to your RMA or Repair Quote by your ZEV Customer Service Rep. ZEV Technologies is not responsible for any of your personal parts if they are not listed on your RMA or Repair Quote and they go missing. It is highly recommended that full firearms being sent in for repair or exchange be sent in their original case and then placed inside a cardboard box for added protection. The cardboard box should be free of any and all hazardous material markings. Be sure to package up your serialized products PRIOR to going to any FedEx shipping center (including the FedEx/Kinko's locations) and INCLUDE inside the box the printed copy of your RMA or Repair Quote that was emailed to you upon order submission. Once your package is delivered back to ZEV, it will be processed and entered into the gunsmithing queue within 72 hours.
