ZEV starts with high-quality 7075 T6 aluminum billet and machines them to exceed mil-spec dimensions and are held within ±.001" tolerances, giving you maximum compatibility with mil-spec and aftermarket parts and accessories. The best billet receiver on the market

I recently picked one of these up to pair with my MEGA GTR3S billet lower. The fit, and attention to detail on the set is outstanding. I'm continually impressed with every ZEV/MEGA component I pick up. Whether it's the OZ9, core elite rifles, or mega rifles the quality, and precision that go into making them is unmatched. I have been made a lifelong customer, and highly recommend any component ZEV makes!

Best fit and finish

Upper fits lower with zero slop and the finish is perfectly matching, the anodizing is very stong. Only problem is finding a handguard that has the same quilty, unfortunately mega is always sold out of handguards. Great work zev/mega!
