Warranty & Return Policy
ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ZEV TECHNOLOGIES products and components are sold as-is. ZEV TECHNOLOGIES maintains confidence in the level of quality, design, and expert workmanship incorporated into every ZEV TECHNOLOGIES product and component. Therefore, ZEV TECHNOLOGIES extends a limited warranty against manufacturer and design defects, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (90 days for commercial and/or governmental agencies), and Thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee which gives the customer the option of returning their product without explanation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, only to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase, returned prepaid with a sales receipt to the factory and a return verification number obtained from ZEV customer service. No other warranties are implied or expressed in any way. No modifications to ZEV TECHNOLOGIES products in any manner, other than those expressed or implied by ZEV TECHNOLOGIES in written form, or the firing of hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or improper ammunition, instantly voids stated warranty. In the event of a warranty claim by the purchaser, the product or component must be inspected by ZEV TECHNOLOGIES to determine the validity of the claim prior to honoring this warranty. No other entity shall be qualified or validated by ZEV TECHNOLOGIES to determine a defect, for warranty purposes, of any product or component designed, created, or manufactured by ZEV TECHNOLOGIES. Purchaser accepts responsibility for any shipping and handling charges which may be incurred. Modification of Terms and Conditions ZEV TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which their products are represented at any time without notice.
WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS
Warranties should be shipped to our Warranty Processing Center after obtaining an RMA:

Please note, you must obtain an RMA before returning your product. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (805) 486-5800 to obtain your RMA. All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee: 25% for firearms and 15% for all other items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of non-warranty related returns and exchanges. All serialized items returned to the customer are required to be received and signed for by someone the age of 21 or older.

- Return Policy
- At Zev Technologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy:
- Return Period: You may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an shirt or hoodie, or other piece of clothing, for a different size, we will happily process the exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
- How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- We require all returns to have an authorized RMA. This is so that we can quickly and efficiently receive and process your return so that you receive the best and quickest service possible. To get approved for an RMA, you will need to fill out the Return Request Form.
- Prepare Your Package: Include the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will need to put the RMA number you received from our team on the box.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- Purchases from Dealers or Distributors
- For products purchased from authorized dealers or distributors, Zev Technologies LLC explicitly disclaims liability and will not accept returns. Customers are obligated to adhere to the return policies established by the dealer or distributor from whom the product was originally purchased. All Zev Technologies products acquired through such channels are subject to the respective return policies of the dealers or distributors involved.
- Warranty Policy
- We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty for any defects in materials or workmanship:
- Warranty Period: Our products are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
- To issue a Warranty Claim, or any form of Warranty Rework, you will need to fill out a Warranty Request Form prior to sending in the product to us. Our team will provide you with a RMA number specific to your warranty.
- Prepare Your Package: Include the item(s) required, along with the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will need to put the RMA number you received from our team on the box.
- Please not that you may be responsible for the shipping costs.
- If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- Additional charges may occur if the warranty falls outside of the warranty period, or if the repair needed is caused by damage outside of normal use.

NEED TO SHIP YOUR GUN TO ZEV?
Shipping Non-Warranty Serialized products back to ZEV
Per the current, updated UPS and FedEx Firearm Shipment requirements, non-warranty serialized products (including Glock frames being sent in for Grip Work) will need to be shipped to ZEV Priority Overnight by the customer from a valid FFL holder via UPS or FedEx for delivery Monday thru Friday with Adult Signature Required. If you are doing an exchange, the return shipment must go to the same FFL location that your serialized product was received from. ZEV Technologies is NOT responsible for any transfer or shipping fees required by the FFL for this process. We highly recommend you insure your shipment for the full replacement value of the item, in the event that the shipment goes missing/gets lost and a claim has to be filed. ZEV Technologies is NOT responsible for items lost in the shipment process to & from, or improper shipment method to our location. Be sure to include inside the box a printed copy of your Sales Order or RMA that was emailed to you upon order submission.
Shipping Warranty Serialized products back to ZEV
Warranties should be shipped to our Warranty Processing Center after obtaining an RMA. Zev Technologies holds an FFL, and we will provide you with the FFL validated shipping label from the service of our choice. Zev Technologies will cover the cost of shipping for most warranty work as long as it falls within the One (1) Year Limited Warranty. Zev Technologies is NOT responsible for items lost in the shipment process to & from our location. It is critical to include a printed copy of your RMA in the box. Failing to due so will likely cause a massive delay in the warranty process. Zev Technologies is not responsible for delays if instructions are not followed.
You cannot use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx for sending any firearms through the mail unless you are a licensed FFL.
